"Art of resonance singing" is the first in this country's and the world's methodological literature guidebook to theory and practice of the resonance technique of voice formation; to the attainment of profes-sional qualities of singer's voice: power, beautiful timbre, flying ability, diction, as well as artist's indefatigability and performance longevity.

The author became popular with readers through his previous books such as "Vocal hearing and voice" (1965), "Enigmas of vocal speech" (1967), "Biophysical basis of vocal speech" (1977), "Amazing bio-acoustics, tales about the language of emotions" (1983, 1987), "The ar-tistic type of personality" (1994), "Art and science of intercourse: non-verbal communication" (1998) and "Resonance theory of vocal art and vocal techniques of outstanding singers" (2001) among others.
The research bases on modern methods of acoustics, physiology, psychology and state-of-the-art computer technologies.

The resonance theory of vocal art suggested by the author is a result of more than 45 years of research conducted among singers of various professional levels and ages including such world famous maestros of vocal art as Fyodor Chaliapin, Sergei Lemeshev, Ivan Kozlovsky, Mark Reisen, Ivan Petrov-Krauze, Irina Arkhipova, Yelena Obraztsova, Yev-geny Nesterenko, Irina Bogacheva, Vladimir Atlantov, Pavel Lisitsian, Nicolai Ghiaurov, Enrice Caruso, Maria Callas, Placido Domingo and Luciano Pavarotti among many others. The book carries their pro-nouncements on singing technique, an album of their voices spectrum as well as practical conclusions useful in vocal training and methodology.

The book is intended for a broad circle of specialists in theory and practice of vocal art, voice teachers, singers, chorus conductors, musi-cologists, psychologists, linguists, phoniators as well as for all those in-terested in the matter.

Существует энергичное взаимопроникновение звучания и резонирования, что способствует гармоничному и обогащенному звуку. Для того,чтобы этот процесс взаимопроникновения состоялся, резонаторные пути должны быть свободными.
